IPTV Gang Installation Guide — Every Device
Your welcome email carries three things: a username, a password and a server URL. Every guide below uses exactly those. Most people are watching within five minutes.
What You Need in Front of You
Have the welcome email open on your phone — you will be typing from it. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us; it lands there more often than anywhere else.
- Your IPTV Gang username and password
- Your server / portal URL (or M3U link)
- The device you want to watch on
- A connection of 15 Mbps or better
🔥 Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
The Firestick is the most popular way to run IPTV Gang, and the only device that needs a short detour before installing a player.
- From the home screen open Find → Search, type Downloader, and install the orange Downloader app.
- Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and switch on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
- Open Downloader and enter the player download link included in your welcome email — usually IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.
- Install it, open it, and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter your username, password and server URL exactly as they appear, then wait while the channels and guide load.
🤖 Android TV, boxes, phones & tablets
- Install IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or XCIPTV from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app and pick Add playlist → Xtream Codes API.
- Give the profile any name you like, then enter your username, password and server URL.
- Save. Live TV, movies and series appear in the side menu within a minute.
📺 Samsung & LG smart TVs
Samsung and LG do not allow sideloading, so these use an app we activate from our side.
- Open the TV's own store — Smart Hub on Samsung, LG Content Store on LG — and install IBO Player, Smarters Player Lite or Duplex IPTV.
- Launch the app. It will display a MAC address, and sometimes a device key.
- Send that MAC address to us on WhatsApp or live chat. We attach your playlist remotely, usually within a few minutes.
- Restart the app — your full channel list loads automatically.
📱 iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
- Install Smarters Player Lite or iPlay TV from the App Store.
- Choose the Xtream Codes API login option and enter your three details.
- The same apps exist on tvOS, so one set of credentials covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
💻 Windows & macOS
- For a quick test, install VLC, then use Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link.
- For a proper TV-style interface with a guide, install IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows or MyIPTV Player and use the Xtream Codes login instead.
📦 MAG, Enigma2 & Formuler
These boxes use a portal address rather than an app login. Send us your model and MAC address after checkout and we will reply with the exact portal URL to enter under Settings → Servers → Portals, plus the reboot step that finishes the job.
If something is not right
The picture buffers
Restart the router first — it fixes more cases than anything else. Then prefer 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable over an old 2.4 GHz signal, and confirm your line genuinely delivers 15 Mbps (25 Mbps if you are asking for 4K). If buffering affects only one channel, it is upstream and we can usually move you to a better feed.
The login is rejected
Copy and paste rather than typing. A single trailing space in the server URL, or a capital letter where a lowercase one belongs, is the cause almost every time.
Channels are missing
Pull down to refresh the playlist inside your app, or fully close and reopen it. If they are still missing, message us — a reload from our end takes seconds.
